Poor Customer Service and Excuses
I placed an order Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Understanding that Monday was a holiday, I gave it two days before calling them to find out when my order would ship. I was dumped into voicemail today (Weds) and then, through chat, told that to get my product by the date I needed it - 6 business days from my initial order - I would need to pay $26.95. So much for customer service. Stay away.
